Jupiter Energy Limited (ASX: JPR) is an Australian-listed oil exploration and production company focused on Kazakhstan’s Mangistau Basin, one of the country’s most oil-rich hydrocarbon regions. Operating in Kazakhstan since 2008, the Company holds 100% ownership of a licence area which comprises three delineated oilfields spanning approximately 35 km² within the total licence area of approximately 123 km².
From its earliest days, innovation has been central to Jupiter Energy’s success in exploration, drilling, and now in full commercial production. Our company has achieved what many have found challenging - successfully discovering and developing commercial oil fields in a region where the monetisation of oil discoveries can face many hurdles.
Headquartered in Aktau, just 80 km from its operations, Jupiter Energy benefits from its close proximity to major producers, existing infrastructure, pipelines, roads, and the port of Aktau. This strategic location provides significant logistical and commercial advantages as we continue to build long-term, sustainable value for shareholders.
