Established in 1995, the company is a significant investor of its own funds today, actively supporting start-ups, fledgling companies, and businesses seeking development capital, with a primary focus on the resource sector.
Since its inception, Waterford has successfully raised finance, managed asset portfolios, and directly invested in oil and gas assets across the Former Soviet Union (including Kazakhstan), the Middle East, and South America. The Group has established a long-term relationship with Jupiter Energy and provides active support at critical stages of development as needed.
With the passing of her husband, Alastair Beardsall, Heather has become a significant shareholder in Jupiter Energy Limited. As a British citizen, she brings continuity to her late husband’s legacy and remains a strong supporter of Jupiter’s long-term strategy in Kazakhstan. Heather is committed to ensuring the stability of Jupiter’s shareholder base and has expressed her confidence in the company’s management team and development plans.
